Orders are shipped via UPS. Shipping is free for orders over $90 (post discount) and has a flat rate by region for orders less than $90

Maple Wellness Foods provides refunds only for defective products purchased directly from our website: maplewellnessfoods.com. If you purchased one of our products from a retailer, you must return the product to the retailer (not to us) subject to the terms and conditions of the retailer’s refund policy. Maple Wellness Foods has the sole and exclusive right to determine if a product is defective. If a product is deemed by Maple Wellness Foods to be defective, we will refund the purchase price to the credit card. Minor damage to packaging is not considered “defective.”
How long do I have to request a refund?
You have seven (7) days from the date your product is delivered to request a refund. After that, Maple Wellness Foods will not process a refund request.
How do I request a refund?
Please call customer service in Canada at (800) 588-1398 for assistance. Please have your order number and the credit card you used to make your purchase handy.
How is my refund credited?
All refunds will be credited to the credit card you used to purchase the product.
Items Returned by Mail: If you ordered by credit card, we’ll credit your account within 7 business days of our receipt of your return. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.
Shipping Charges: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.
